Question 1

Can I edit every role and reporting line?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Names, job titles, department labels, shapes, connectors, and colors can be changed to reflect your structure. You can also duplicate or remove levels as your team grows.

Question 2

Which presentation platforms are supported?

Accepted Answer

The layouts are designed for PowerPoint and Google Slides. Core elements remain editable in both platforms, although minor font or spacing adjustments may be needed after importing.

Question 3

Can I apply my company's visual identity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Replace the blue accents with your brand colors, update the typefaces, and add approved internal imagery where needed. The minimal layout is intentionally flexible enough for different corporate identities.

Question 4

Will these diagrams work for matrix reporting?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The cross-functional layout can show solid-line and dotted-line relationships between employees, project leads, and department managers. Connector styles and labels can be customized to explain each relationship.
