Antique Scrapbook Dissertation Defense Deck

Design notes

About this presentation

The antique scrapbook dissertation defense deck turns complex academic work into a focused visual narrative. Layered paper textures, scholarly illustrations, and restrained collage details create an archival atmosphere without distracting from your argument. Pastel green, beige, and brown give the presentation a warm, established character suited to education, history, humanities, and interdisciplinary research.

Inside, you will find layouts for the research context, problem statement, objectives, literature review, conceptual framework, methodology, findings, discussion, limitations, and final conclusions. Timeline, comparison, data, quotation, and reference layouts help you organize evidence with clarity. Use the design as an archival paper graduate defense theme or adapt its structured pages into pastel green research methodology slides for seminars, proposal reviews, and viva preparation.

This deck is intended for high school researchers, college students, graduate candidates, teachers, and academic advisers who want a distinctive alternative to a conventional institutional presentation. Every page can be edited in PowerPoint or Google Slides, including headings, colors, charts, photographs, and decorative elements. The flexible layouts also work as an editable viva presentation for Google Slides when collaboration and browser-based feedback are important. Replace the sample text with your research, adjust the sequence to match departmental requirements, and present a cohesive defense from opening question to final contribution.

Perfect for: graduate dissertation defense; undergraduate research presentation; doctoral viva preparation; academic proposal review; history research seminar.
